OMO Lavanderia Cambuí: Specialized

Franchises face a unique challenge: combining the strength of an established brand with the individuality and specific needs of each region. This is where our partnership with OMO Lavanderia Cambuí began.

In 2022, we started working with the Cambuí unit of OMO Lavanderia Especializada. The project launched alongside the store’s opening and required strategic consulting to define implementation strategies, establish partnerships, and build relationships with customers and local businesses.

To communicate the store’s locally driven initiatives, we developed social media campaigns (for Instagram and Facebook) and WhatsApp marketing materials. Additionally, we created in store assets such as displays, business cards, tags, and promotional items.

With a direct and engaging approach, we emphasize the practical benefits of the service and the reliability of a brand known for its quality. This helped the franchise to establish a strong and consistent positioning, reinforcing customer trust and ensuring that excellence is conveyed in every detail.
